| 1. | Basic services and overhead of Funeral Director and staff. This includes the arrangement conference, processing death certificate and burial permit, securing services of clergy, church, cemetery or crematory, supplying necessary funeral personnel, and overhead of operating a 24-hour service. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) | $1,095.00 |

| 3. | Sheltering of remains. Five days maximum. Additional days, or portion of a day, add $95.00 per day. | $400.00 |
