| 1. | Basic services and overhead of Funeral Director and staff. This includes the arrangement conference, processing death certificate and burial permit, securing services of clergy, church, cemetery or crematory, supplying necessary funeral personnel, and overhead of operating a 24-hour service. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) | $995.00 |
| 2. | Removal of deceased from place of death in Santa Clara County.* | $500.00 |
| 3. | Embalming. Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. However, embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. | $700.00 |
| 4. | Cosmetology, sanitizing, dressing, and casketing of remains. | $400.00 |
| 5. | Use of hearse for funeral service in Santa Clara County. | $500.00 |
